Terms of Use.

Welcome to Vibe Code Hacks ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of this website and any digital products sold here — including the main guide, bonuses, prompts, and audit checklists (collectively the "Product").

By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy the Product.

1. License & allowed use

When you buy the Product, we grant you a lifetime, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own learning and to apply them inside the products and companies you personally build or work for. You may reference the framework in your own work, presentations, or internal training.

2. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the Product (in whole or in part).
• Share your access link, account, or PDFs with people who haven't purchased.
• Upload the Product to file-sharing sites, torrents, or AI training datasets.
• Remove copyright, attribution, or watermark text from any file.

We reserve the right to revoke access (without refund beyond the standard 14-day window) if these limits are knowingly violated.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card data. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are billed once. Promotional discount codes (e.g.,SAVE20) are subject to availability and may be revoked at any time.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details and how to request one.

5. Updates & availability

"Lifetime updates" means: while we continue to actively maintain the Product, you'll receive new versions of the guide and bonuses at no extra cost via the same access link. We do not guarantee perpetual availability if the project is sunset, but in that case we will provide a final downloadable archive.

6. No professional advice

The Product is educational content. It is not legal, financial, tax, or engineering advice. Apply judgement before shipping anything to production. We are not liable for outcomes from how you choose to apply the framework.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Product or site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Account & access security

Your post-purchase access link is unique to you. Treat it like a password. If it leaks, contact us at brian@vibecodehacks.com and we'll rotate it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be handled in good faith first by email; if unresolved, in a competent court of the seller's jurisdiction.
