If the guide isn't worth $97 to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund 100% — no quiz, no forms, no friction.
1. Who qualifies
Any customer who purchased The Ultimate Vibe Coding Prompt bundle directly from this site within the last 14 days. The window is measured from the date of the Stripe charge.
2. How to request a refund
- Email brian@vibecodehacks.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your Stripe receipt number or the email address tied to the order. (No explanation required — but if something specific fell short, we genuinely want to know.)
- We'll confirm by reply and issue the refund through Stripe within 1–2 business days.
3. When the refund lands
Once issued, Stripe typically returns the funds to your original card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You'll get an automated email from Stripe confirming the reversal.
4. What happens to your access
After a refund, your access token and download links are revoked. We ask that you delete any copies you've downloaded; continued use after a refund is not licensed (see our Terms of Use).
5. After the 14-day window
Refunds outside the 14-day window are evaluated case-by-case — e.g., if you genuinely couldn't access the files due to a technical issue on our side, we'll always make it right. Just email us.
6. Discounted and bundle purchases
The same 14-day guarantee applies to purchases made with a discount code (e.g., SAVE20) or as part of a bundle. We refund the actual amount paid.
7. Chargebacks
If you suspect a duplicate charge or unauthorised purchase, please email us first — we respond fast and can fix it in under a day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us permanently revokes access and may delay the refund.
